Lawful Use of Vehicle
By booking and using our Car Hire with Driver service, the Customer agrees to the following:
- The vehicle provided, together with the assigned driver, must not be used for any illegal, unlawful, or criminal activity under the laws of Sri Lanka.
- The vehicle must not be used for:
- Transporting illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited goods
- Human trafficking or any form of unlawful transport
- Smuggling or customs violations
- Any activity that could reasonably expose the driver, vehicle, or company to legal risk
- Harassment, public disturbance, or dangerous conduct
- The Customer shall not instruct or pressure the driver to:
- Exceed legal speed limits
- Drive under unsafe conditions
- Violate traffic laws or road regulations
- Travel to restricted or prohibited areas
- In the event of any suspected misuse of the vehicle, breach of these Terms, or involvement in unlawful activity, the Company reserves the right to:
- Terminate the service without refund
- Refuse continued transportation
- Report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities
- The Customer accepts full responsibility and liability for any loss, damage, legal penalty, or consequence arising from misuse of the vehicle.
